How it Works
Past due cafeteria fees, past due computer fees, past due sports equipment fees
Email a list of all parents and guardians names, with addresses, students names and amounts owed for cafeteria fees, computer fees and sports equipment fees.
JP Harris Associates will mail two notices to the parents and guardians.
JP Harris Associates will send our representatives to the residences of the parents and guardians to collect the owed fees.
Our representatives will arrange payment plans with no added costs.
Payment of Fees Collected
JP Harris shall pay to the school district all the past due school fees on a monthly basis and include a check with the parents and guardian names, addresses and amounts paid and student names.
For On Site Collection
We get a bond and we have a certificate of liability insurance.
