The owners of JP HARRIS ASSOCIATES LLC are Jim and Kathy Harris, and they work daily with their staff. They say owners work harder--that's why our clients are very pleased with our tax collecting service. We've been collecting current and delinquent taxes for over 35 years. And we train all our staff to do what we would do. We also have all our staff answering our phones LIVE; taxpayers want to speak to a person, not an answering machine. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We're located in Mechanicsburg, PA – near Harrisburg, Pa. But we work in many counties throughout the state.
